About
Hi, I’m Niki
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Denver, Colorado. I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties — family, romantic, and platonic — attachment, complex trauma, and life transitions.
My style is authentic, direct, person-centered, and strengths-based. I draw on EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and talk therapy to build collaborative, personalized treatment with each client I work with.
I believe therapy should be a place where you can learn more about yourself, uncover patterns — negative and positive — heal, and yes, sometimes laugh. I strive to create a space that feels comfortable, engaging, and warm.
Outside of session, I work as a personal trainer coaching group fitness classes. Movement and mental health are more connected than people realize, and it's a big part of why I do both. When I'm not working, you'll find me hiking with my corgi Ruby (she occasionally makes a guest appearance in session), at a live show, trying a new restaurant, or traveling.
I also provide clinical supervision for provisionally licensed LPCCs and SWCs.
Services
How we might work together
Every course of treatment is collaborative and personalized — these are the areas and approaches I bring into the room.
Individual Therapy
For adults navigating depression, anxiety, complex trauma, life transitions, and relationship difficulties of all kinds — family, romantic, and platonic.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing helps the brain finish processing memories that feel "stuck" — so they lose their emotional charge over time.
Couples Therapy
Support for partners working through communication breakdowns, trust repair, or feeling stuck in the same patterns — building a relationship that feels safer and more connected.
Clinical Supervision
I provide clinical supervision for provisionally licensed LPCCs and SWCs working toward full licensure.
"Healing isn't about forgetting what happened. It's about letting your body finally believe it's over."

Schedule
A few things worth knowing: For confidentiality and the fastest response, please use email or the scheduling link above rather than social media. Nothing on this site or my social pages is a substitute for treatment, and current clients are asked to reach out through official channels rather than social media. If you're experiencing a crisis, please call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room — I'm not able to respond to messages in real time.
