I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Upon request, I can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement — I'd recommend checking with your insurance provider about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

Here are some questions you can ask your insurance provider:
What is my out-of-network deductible?
How much of my out-of-network deductible has already been met?
What is my coinsurance? What percentage of the session fees would be covered by insurance?
How do I submit for reimbursement?

-
The first session is mostly about getting to know each other — I'll ask about what's bringing you to therapy, some background, and what you're hoping to get out of our work together. It's also a chance for you to see if I feel like the right fit.
